Royal Oak Offshore Jarno Trulli Chronograph Of Audemars Piguet
A couple of years that audemars Piguet pulled its sponsorship of America's Cup and window did not miss a beat pick up in place of his rival. Audemars is out with a watch to mark the 200 years of the independence of the Mexico, sort of Hoblot did the same. Now that the window acquired the licence for official Formula 1 watches, Audemars Piguet has responded with a watch F1-inspired by his own.
Thoughts on the condition of this Royal Oak?
Hey guys!So as a newbie into the AP world, I would love for you guys to critique this 14790 I am looking at. (regards to case, bevels, overall condition). Now I am not naive enough to expect a 30 year old watch to be in pristine condition, however I am wondering if you guys think that this watch is in decent shape. I would love to hear your opinions/inputs.It is a very early ref 14790 at 36MM. Love to hear your thoughts. Thanks in advance!
Never seen one of these before...
I came across this watch in a junk pile at my office. It was disassembled but complete, and the movement was free of rust or corrosion. It had been sitting in a drawer, with the movement exposed to the elements, for at least 15 years. It's a 10k gold filled case with an American hallmark inside the case, the case is exceptionally well preserved. The plating is thick and undamaged. I gave it a light buff with a cape cod cloth and replaced the crystal, then had the movement overhauled. It runs great now, and it is in remarkable condition. I think the dial and hands are original too, if not a really good period redial. Since taking the photo I have replaced the crown with a period-correct Omega signed item. What's unique is that it is a calibre 510, which was a small-run manual wind movement made in a series of less than 30k examples in the 50s. It looks similar to the 30mm calibres, but it's only 25mm diameter. 30mm calibres were made in the millions, to give you an idea of how rare these

Good price for a 116520?
I'm looking at a local 116520 SS Daytona offered at $12,000 US. It is claimed to be in like new condition and card dated in 2015. Is this a good deal? and at what price is it considered a steal? thank you guys.
