Hublot Launches New Big Bang Ferrari
Hublot chairman Jean-Claude Biver's appreciation for speed is evident not only in his choice of partner for the Swiss watch brand's latest collaborative venture the Italian sportscar icon Scuderia Ferrari but in the astoundingly short time it has taken to produce the first Ferrari-branded Hublot wristwatch: the Hublot Big Bang Ferrari Magic Gold. Wallpaper image inside. The watch, which was unveiled this week at the Baselworld watch fair, is not only the first fruit of the partnership between Hublot and Ferrari, announced a scant five months ago, but also the first use of an entirely new material developed by Hublot: so-called Magic Gold, a scratch-resistant alloy of gold and ceramic used for the case. The case is larger than that of a typical Big Bang watch, 45.5 mm in diameter; this is the first variation of the Big Bang case since the model was launched in 2005. Looking for GMT Master II
Hello AllI just joined the forum and am looking to replace my GMT I (SS and Gold, Black bezel, Jubilee bracelet) that I had bought used in 1991. I was mugged in December while in Buenos Aires on business and am looking to replace with the Master II, model 116713 (SS and Gold, Black bezel). I'm seeing prices all over the place on the web, both new and pre-owned. My insurance company could have replaced it for $10,591 but Rolex required the serial number, which I didn't know and had never written down. So I'm on the hunt for a replacement. Any thoughts as to new vs used? Best price? Reputable dealers/sellers? Any info would be appreciated.ThanksShawn
Incoming LVc this week (hopefully)
I picked up my first Rolex, BLNR, in Sept 2017 after falling in love at first sight. Ever since buying my first Rolex, I've been itching to pickup a second piece. All the Hulk talk on this forum got me interested so while I was visiting Vegas during Thanksgiving weekend I put my name on the list with Tesorini at Bellagio casino along with other ADs here in San Diego, including AD where I got my BLNR. So today I got a call that I thought was SPAM so didn't answer. The area code was Las Vegas so I called back and the sales person from Tesorini told me they received the Hulk and that I was second on the list so I could have it if first person didn't respond or want it. I think what happened was that I was the first, but since I didn't pickup he called the next in line so I became the second. Anyways, he called me back after ~4 hrs and told me it was mine if I wanted it. Being a new customer they wouldn't take credit card over the phone so I have to wire the money by Tues morning (Mon is b
