Baselworld 2013 - Through the Eyes of a First-Timer
This past April/May I had the opportunity to attend Baselworld as part of my role as a Contributing Editor for watches-dealer. I have been writing about watches for a little over six years, and while that may not seem all that long to some of the field's more seasoned writers, it took that long to attend my first Baselworld. Like many, I grew up attending air and auto shows with my Dad and brothers, so when I first learned of Baselworld, I added it to a list of very far off goals as until recently writing about watches was a mere hobby. I had seen photos and read the reports that follow each year's show, but little could prepare me for the scale, the crowds in attendance, and the general watchnerdery of it all. Warranty Registration Question (first AP)
Hoping you guys can provide me some guidance, I've searched but can't find the answer.So I bought a new AP RO 15400 back in August, the dealer location was London but not an authorised AP dealer.I want to register the watch to get the 3rd year, but info to submit I'm a bit confused.The warranty book is stamped and the dealer is Prince Jewellery and Watch Co, Hong Kong (authorised dealer) also dated 1st April 2016So for purchase from field, I'm assuming would be the AD in Hong Kong? And the date, would this be the 1st April too, or the actual date I bought it from the dealer in London?Any pointers much appreciated.

GMT 16700, 20th birthday
Nothing profound or exciting by forum standards ....20 years ago today I bought this 16700.10 years ago I had it Rolex serviced.I should treat it to another service but it's going nicely and I couldn't subject it to spending it's birthday in the workshop.
