Recommended Use: Understanding The Durability Of Your Mechanical Watch And When To Take It Off
Luxury watch durability is an important issue to both consumers and retailers. People who spend money on expensive watches have a certain expectation of strength and durability, and those expectations aren't always met. We are talking about the type of activity a timepiece is designed for and when it is likely to break. In short, there is an educational and informational problem in the watch industry surrounding the issue of explaining to customers when wearing their new high-end watch is a good or bad idea.I recall a few months ago leading a seminar about watches to a group of retailers. New Diver at SIHH
I was at the AP boutique earlier today and they told that the forged carbon diver will be discontinued. Or should I say it won't be produced anymore since its only a concept model. Omega Constellatiom
Hi all I have been given a gift of an Omega Constellation 12023000. The watch is stainless with gold bars and was purchased in 2001. I am a newbie to the TRF however I have just bought a Seadweller from OCRolexguy. I have no idea about Omegas. Can anyone tell me about the watch, what it may be perhaps worth and if it's worth keeping - to be honest it's not my cup of tea
Anyone here actually have a Twenty-4?
The wife likes the watch, but I'm weary of spending that much (even with a healthy discount) on a quartz watch. Does anyone have one? How are the service (battery) intervals? How's the fit and finish?
