Get Your Bling On: Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Full Pave Diamond Watches For 2015
Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph 44mm full pave with diamondsAt the watch trade show SIHH 2015, Audemars Piguet has quietly released a few extremely loud watches that are full pave diamond-covered versions of various Royal Oak Offshore collection timepieces. While Audemars Piguet has historically been known for purist watch making and traditional design, the brand today is split between offering luxury lifestyle timepieces as well as those rich with Swiss watch making heritage. Those who are mostly interested in the latter will likely scoff at Royal Oak watches in all diamonds, but it is true that Audemars Piguet - especially the Royal Oak Offshore - is an extremely popular watch with individuals who enjoy showing off status and wealth.2015 sees three versions of the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore in all diamonds - including a few models with matching full diamond-set bracelets. The watches all emphasize large baguette-cut diamond stones as well as a few versions high

Pretty bummed about a vintage Omega
Folks,So my father recently gave me a circa 1950's Omega that has been handed down from my grandfather to my pops and now to me. It's a pretty cool watch, plastic domed crystal, stick hour markers, no date and a nicely patina'd dial that is a yellowish gold hue. The case is stainless but does not have any markings of the model. So I have no idea what it actually is? Unfortunately it isn't running so I took it to my favorite AD where I buy most of my watches and asked them to take a look.I get a call today and the watchmaker gave me some unfortunate news, aparentely the balance is pretty much out of commission and the movement needs some work. Long story short, they quoted me a $700 dollar estimate to fix it as it needs some parts and labor. They also informed me maybe I can find a movement and swap it out. Once I get the watch back I can post some pictures to get some thoughts on it. I should have it back Friday.Just thought I would share my disappointment.
Weight of 116503 and 116518
Hi there does anyone know how heavy is the 116518 and 116503? Picture references will be good, thanks!
