Watches NEWS
Cannot seem to find my next love. And I only have ONE watch!!
On the hunt for my next watch, already have the budget, but I cannot find a watch that sings to me as much as my BLNR.Have been to the AD a few times, and I have found many watches that I have liked, but nothing that drives me crazy(like my BLNR did).I don't like any TT or gold, so that is out of the table. The WG blue sub would be incredible, but it is simply too expensive.Maybe time to search some other brands?Thinking it may not be a horrible idea to save up and go big with a PP..
Should, over
Well, I have been a member of this forum for a few years and i have learned a great deal. In that time I have had a number fine watches pass through my hands, everyone was purchased with info obtained from members here just by reading posts, what an amazing resource. Each watch I purchased was absolutely what I wanted and on arrival it became my new favorite. Waiting on delivery was always a small pain as I am not the most patient man, but tonight is awful!I have traded my last (current, I'm sure more are in my future) Rolex and am anxiously awaiting delivery of my first AP, a ROO RC black dial, sorry so long and mostly rambling but I can't wait and really needed to share!
Incoming 60th Railmaster
Hi all - just picked up a 60th LE railmaster. Am absolutely delighted with it. Initially I thought I would be swayed to the Seamaster, but as soon as I tried this on I was hooked by the size and simplicity of it. Is a great looking watch and a change from the others I have. The domed crystal and polished bezel give off great reflections and add to the simple and understated look.Looks great on both bracelet and strap and very comfortable. Haven't tried the NATO yet, but the mustard colour is not really singing to me. That said, I don't usually do black straps and the one provided looks great so I may give it a try.So far is running at less then a second quick a day so Is incredibly accurate. As I'm not a fan of more than 3 watches, the FOIS may go leaving me the 16610LV, the Apollo 17 45th and this. I think they are a nice trio being all different sizes and uses.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Omega Grey Side of the Moon a flop?
Does anyone here think that the GSOM is a flop? I rarely see anyone wearing it and have looked at the used prices and they are available from $7,000 up. Are all Omegas devalue like this or is the GSOM an exception?
5164 future value
I know its not an easy answer but how do you feel the value of that tremendous watch will go on the grey market? Will it follow 11/12 path ?Will it go above the retail price ?
