Only Watch 2013 Auction Winners & Losers
Yesterday in Monaco, the Only Watch 2013 auction was held and the results are in. The event is meant to raise money for a medical charity, to which 100% of the proceeds go. Each of the watches submitted are totally unique and donated by the participating brands. People get very interested in the results, as it is not only a sign of the economy when it comes to Monaco's wealthy elite (and others), but also the interest people have in specific brands and models. The total yield of Only Watch 2013 was 5,066,000 Euros (most of which is thanks to a single watch). For 2013 there were some major winners and losers. All the lots sold of course, with some going over estimate, and some under estimate. Most of the lots however sold within the estimated price, and those aren't covered in this article. So let's take a look at the major winners and losers of the 2013 Only Watch auction. This article will only cover select lots, and for a full list of all the watches that were up for auction you can s
Review Of Tthe Casio G-Shock AWG101-1V Watch On WatchReport.com
One of the good things about a G-Shock fan is that there are so darn many models out there. And they're updated frequently, so if you don't see what you want, it'll be there sooner than you think. We've reviewed quite a few G-Shocks, and think that they represent excellent value and function. Today's review is of the AWG101-1V, an analog-digital watch very similar to the GW-1310. Compared to the 1310, this one uses a red hour hand and reverse LCD displays (black on white) but is otherwise of similar style.Click above for the post on WarchReportwatches-dealer Best MatchItems Ending FirstNewly-Listed Items FirstPrice + Shipping: Lowest FirstPrice + Shipping: Highest First CASIO RANGEMAN G Shock GW9400 3 GW 9400 3 Solar Multiband 6 Triple Sensor$214.99Time Remaining: 30mBuy It Now for only: $214.99Buy It Now Casio G shock g9000mc 8 mudman camo limited rare$175.00Time Remaining: 35mBid now Casio GA 110SL 8A G Shock Watch GA 110SL 8$128.08Time

I noticed this evening that one of my deployment clasp buttons had fallen off.Does anyone have experience getting this replaced at AP?I'm hoping for a quick in-house fix and not a 3 month turn-around to Florida for such a small part...Any thoughts?unnamed.jpg
Who grew to love the 116610?
I'll admit it when the 116610 started showing up I thought Rolex had ruined the most perfect watch ever made the 16610. 8 years later (hard to believe the 116610 is already 8 years old!!) I started thinking about it more and more and looking at more and more pics and articles. Then I tried one on this summer and was like whooooah it's not bad! Needless to say few months later I bought one and don't think I could go back. Now I'll will still admit if it still had all the upgrades and the same lines it would be a grand slam, but even still I have grown to love it and don't plan on looking back.......Anyone else grew to love the 116610 ??
Rolex 116610LV, need advice (UK)
Hi, I have been having some bother of late trying to purchase a Rolex 116610LV from AD's in the UK. I wanted to be added to a genuine waiting list for my next watch, but so far I have been kicked off of one (Fraser Hart, Stratford), and goldsmiths had a breakdown in communication between themselves and my nearest dealer (Watford), resulting in, yes you guessed it a few months later being told I'm not on the waiting list, which is now closed and no further customers being allowed to be added (Watford) . So now I'm wondering, is this common throughout the UK with AD's not opening their waiting list for this particular model? Is there someone that can point me in the right direction, as I did want to purchase through an AD and have the experience of buying new, but if it's not going to happen, i would rather just know now, as I've already been given the run around, which is sad as this was meant to be a positive experience. I didn't have this with my Daytona, which was used and wasn't thro
