De Bethune DB25 Dead Beat Tourbillon Regulator Watch
I will repeat to you the words that I recently told De Bethune's CEO. There are expensive watches that I really appreciate and know that I would strongly consider getting them if I had the money. Then there is De Bethune, that actually makes me angry I cannot afford it." I've written about De Bethune a bit over the years - not having too much experience with the pieces. But recently I was fortunate enough to finally meet with the boutique Swiss brand and experience the magic.Like a handful of other brands out there, De Bethune is a brand that even the most seasoned and mature watch lovers and collectors are extremely fond of. They simply do things others cannot. Their designs are out of this world, and their mechanics are brilliant, functional, and drop-dead gorgeous to admire. These watches are a dream - and funny enough one of their pieces is actually called "The Dream Watch."2011 sees the DB25 - an interesting timepiece that plays with the tourbillon in a new way. Cost of a used Colt Gmt
Hello everyone, I am a newbie to this forum and this is my 1st post. I have been looking to purchase a pre-owned Breitling Colt Auto for a few weeks now and wanted to know what a good price range should be. I have found an auto Colt gmt a32350 on the bay with no box or papers for $1500, the piece looks as though it is in decent visual shape, but the seller has no history as to original purchase/production date and year of service records. My question is, Is this a fair price? I'd love to hear your thoughts as well as if you have any insight in rep dealers that have Breitling autos no more than $1600 for sale. Thanks
Will a PO 42mm 8500 bracelet perfectly fit on the case of the PO 42mm 2500?
Just curious, I like the screws better than the pins...any help would be appreciated.
Patek Nautilus 5711 Clasp Defect
I bought this watch in May this year and I have an issue with the clasp since the beginning. Every now and then, my clasp comes undone when I bend my wrist such as reaching my backpack. I took it to the Patek service centre, they made the clasp a bit tighter but it still happens. I was told that they can't do anything about it as it is common with butterfly clasp, even if they order a new clasp, it would still have the same issue. So now I am left with a Patek with a defect clasp. Has anyone had the same issue? Here is a quick demonstration:youtu.be/T3vYeVw0W_IMy last Patek watch with butterfly clasp (Aquanaut 5066) never had this problem despite having a butterfly clasp. I regret selling that watch for a Nautilus. I am very very disappointed with Patek
