Royal Oak 15400- Which color?
So I'm likely going to pull the trigger on a 15400 in the near future, probably from DavidSW when he has one that meets what I'm looking for. Question for you all - White or black? Blue is probably a little out of the price range. I think I'm leaning towards white but curious on opinions. Here are both on my wrist:
Strap options 15400
Hey Guys, I was in my local AD today and they said a strap wouldn't fit on the 15400 or 26320. Think I remember reading a thread with different strap options, but cannot find it.Has anyone put a strap on theirs and what's involved? Thanks in advance
Saturday Night Fever! What to wear??

AP ROO Rubberclad SS Black
Firstly, thank you to all who suggested, approved and set-up this AP sub-forum - great to have it here on TRF.As I have noted with several other members' posts, I too, am becoming increasingly interested in AP.The model that has captured my attention is the ROO Rubberclad Stainless Steel - black face - white (possibly silver?) sub-dials. I have yet to see the watch in person but it looks stunning from images. My only potential concern is that I am not sure about the rubber strap and feel if I could, might try and fit a black leather hornback with contrasting white stitching (sort of match the aesthetics of the dial). Herein lies my concern - being that this model has a rubber bezel might it not 'mesh' with a leather strap - the two different materials maybe not combining well together? I would be interested to hear if anybody has done this or if infact the general concensus is 'no, probably would not look/feel good - please all comments are welcome.I have looked and at circa $20-25
This goes with that - bracelets & heads
We seemed to be fascinated by switching bracelets between models. Maybe putting a brushed 39mm Explorer or a Sub-C bracelet onto your GMTII-C.Please reply with your success or fail experience with swapping.I will start.A 214270 (39mm Explorer) bracelet on a 116710 (GMTII-C) - FAIL. Even with thinner springbars, still a fail.
