Parmigiani Bugatti Tourbillon Watch + Bugatti Galibier 16C Car

Hypothetically speaking, what will be your choice for a first Nautilus if you are to choose between these two models? Here are the models along with my analysis of their (+) and (-). I am not considering any Nautilus with a bracelet.
