Carl F. Bucherer Launches new Chrono Perpetual
Carl F. Bucherer’s new timepiece, introduced this week at the 2012 Baselworld watch fair, elegantly combines two of the most popular complications. The aptly named Chrono Perpetual uses an in-house movement, made at the brand’s atelier, to power both a chronograph and a perpetual calendar with moon-phase and leap year. Pequignet Moorea Triomphe Watches
Pequi-what? PequiGNET! You likely haven't heard of this brand as they haven't even looked in the direction of the US yet (as far as I know), but this France-based watch maker is one you should know about. They have a range of pieces with some unique styles. Some are their interpretations of other popular look, but all seem to have pretty nice values. Pequignet is also a true manufacture, and makes some of their own movements. For the rest they use Swiss-made ETA movements.First, the problems. Aside from not being available in the US, they have a name that sounds silly to US ears, and product names that follow suit. "Pequignet" looks about as fun to pronounce as "chartreuse." Changing to RO to Rubber Strap.
Ok I have tried to find sources on what is needed. So I have a 15400 I would like to purchase and change to rubber and croc straps. So I would need the strap if self (obviously), then ROO connectors for the actual case, and then the buckle?

Send to Omega or Indepenent?
My Seamaster GMT fell off my bedside table and is now running approx. + 5 mins per day. My question is...should I send it in to The Swatch Group or use an independent? It is coaxial but only 6 years old so not due for service for another 4 years.What should I do?

Nautilus Reference # help please
I'm not terribly familiar with the various Nautilus models, and the Patek website is pretty ponderous to navigate. Would someone mind posting the various stainless models on bracelets that are currently available, and roughly their sizes? I love my Aquanaut and I'm setting my sights on my next PP. I think a great addition would be something beyond a date complication and on a bracelet. I'm leaning 5712 but I'm just not familiar enough with the line to zero in on a piece. Many thanks!
