Introducing The Hamilton Khaki Pilot Pioneer Aluminum, A Colorful Collection Of Lightweight Pilot's Watches
The Hamilton Khaki Pilot Pioneer collection presents classic pilot's watch styles at an affordable price point, and with this new model Hamilton has brought a new material to the mix. The Khaki Pilot Pioneer Aluminum has a solid aluminum case, a first for the brand. This makes the watch extremely lightweight and a special treatment allows it to take on different colors. There are four color variations here, but all of them start with an asymmetrical design and a highly legible dial.Aluminum is a material not often found in watch cases. Even though it's very lightweight, it can be fragile if not treated properly. Here Hamilton has subjected the aluminum to a special treatment that renders it harder, more durable, and able to take on color more easily. This means you get the advantages of aluminum without having to worry about denting your case on the edge of your desk. 2 OF 3 There are four color options available – khaki green, sand, black, and navy –

Just got this piece delivered today. Sorry for the photo quality I only have an iPhone to work with.
Incoming - had it before, glad its back
Sometimes we get rid of a piece and regret doing it. I have been without this for a couple years and so glad to have landed one. Just such a great wrist presence, love it or hate it not too many with more pop.
AP reliability...your views please...
I am looking at getting my collection of Rolex down from 6 to 2 or 3, and then entering the rarified world of AP and PP. I'm liking the 15400 and the ROC, and also the PP 5167 and 5164.It may be my imagination, but I seem to read an awful lot about AP having serious problems of reliability. We don't appear to see the same thing over on the PP forum.Any comments from you knowledgable Gentlemen?
