GIVEAWAY: Four LEGO Watches For Adults
We aren't ashamed (in fact, we are proud) to admit that we love LEGO's collection of watches for adults. watches-dealer debuted the LEGO adult watch collection?last October. LEGO watches for kids have been around for a while, but just a few months before the release of the LEGO Movie (which we also feel was for adults who grew up playing with LEGO), the world was able to anticipate the upcoming collection made for grown up men and women. Now available for sale, watches-dealer is proud to celebrate a life-long love of the world's best building bricks with a giveaway for not one, but four LEGO watches for adults. For adults, the LEGO watches are each 42mm wide in a case that is a combination of metal and colored plastic. Inherent in each watch is the ability to swap out parts to change the colors and style. Each LEGO watch comes with both a bracelet as well as a strap or just a bracelet. The bracelet links can be swapped out with other colors, and you can also change the bezel color. That
Audemars Strategy
As many others, I have been recently on a fruitless search for a 15202. Local ADs are not getting any, boutiques are not adding names to waitlists and all while trying to push gold models to kickstart the relationship, etc. You know the drill. Recently, I came across this interview to Audemars' CEO in SIHH 2018 which outlays the Company's mid-term strategy, it is very interesting (you might have seen it already):- Tighter control of the distribution channel: no Ads, boutique only sales. - E-commerce selectively starting by the end of 2018.- New line of watches in 2019, to be produced at the expense of Royal Oaks.- Fixed production volume of 40,000 watches both in 2018 and 2019.- 2020, new growth phase, slight increase of production.- Plans to enter the certified preowned market. So, obviously, the situation with the classic jumbo is not expected to change at all neither this year, or next. But, would you foresee that finally in 2020 you will be able to walk into a Boutique and place you
2002 Schumacher Racing Real?
Any thoughts on this Ebay Schummie? Can anything tell me it is a fake or real? The seller doesn't have box and paper. He seems to be some sort of coins dealer.Any signs of Counterfeit? Are there even enough demand for these to see fakes on the market?
Omega in Toronto
A friend wants to buy a Speedmaster Professional. Anyone know the best place to buy one in the Greater Toronto Area?
5905
Well. I wondered how long it would take, now I'm lucky enough to be in the patek club - until I started to look outside the Nautilus rangeI've worked thru a fair few rolex and omega in my day, always being incredibly happy with each, but always an eye on the horizon. I had a 15202 6 months now and am still disinterested in the other ap references, I'm just so smittenBut with patek - the Nautilus 5711 is where I landed. I've looked around the 5990 and the 5712... Both are amazing.... But as of the last few days I've been looking at the others and do rather fancy a 5905..... Also I see the 5170 appeals to my eye!!! Its a serious watch in every way... But that brings a serious decision and a heck of a commitment financially, so I'd like to understand its place in the market and the user experience more if possible!?How is its reputation?Resale / residual value?Have we got any owners here to share views or pictures?Kind thanks
