Watches NEWS
incoming - jumbo's new blue friend
i had been coveting this for some time now, and lucky enough to land a pre-owned one.photos of the blue dial have kept me mesmerized in suspense. and now, seeing it in person, it's a totally different excitement. i have to spend some time viewing it more meticulously, but wanted to share the incoming with the rest of the community.immediate reaction is that the sheer feel/weight of it in my hand is extremely impressive. there's a fit-n-finish feel that is immediate and intense.coincidental, yet fitting, that i had the jumbo today....thus why i posted in this forum.it's a blue day (apologies for glare of the crystal in the photo...difficult to capture with office window...and doesn't do justice how sensational the blue dial is)
Planet Ocean 2500 question
Many of the posts about the discontinued Planet Ocean 2500 series watches include a letter desigination...A...B...C...D.Will someone enlighten me about the differences and how one determines the letter designation? Thanks in advance and Happy Holidays!
Planet ocean with leather strap
Considering this watch, but can't decide whether with steel or orange leather? Have fairly tiny wrist, over 7 inch anyway. I haven't seen a single wrist-shot with leather, anyone post? Also opinions would be welcome, should one buy from some webshop or add quite a bunch of $$ and buy from authorized dealer?
New Incoming!!!!
So I Just picked up this beautiful Daytona. I have been waiting on it for few days now its here. I can't hold in my excitement as its also a +1 to my Rolex collection.
Show me your Yacht-Master II Pics!
As I wait patiently for my Deep Sea JC to arrive I am on a search for my next watch. I know the YM II is not as popular on this site as the LVc. But the LVc and the YMII are the two watches that have my attention, and that I can get my hands on this year. So I would love to know which one you like the best. The three choices are of course the SS, TT Steel and Everose Gold, and the Yellow Gold. I like them all but I am leaning towards to the TT.Also I noticed that the YMII is in many ADs. So if you got a discount and you care to share what percentage you may have gotten off that would help me out in the buying process. If you paid MSRP that is good information as well. So show us your pics of this beautiful watch and let me know what you think of these three. Thanks in advance!
