Olio Model 1 Smartwatch From New Company With Top Talent
Olio was first introduced to me in a conversation with a venture capitalist who said, "there is someone I want you to meet who is working on a high-end smartwatch up in San Francisco." As soon as I learned that said individual was near Silicon Valley and not in Switzerland, I was immediately intrigued. The definition of "high-end smartwatch" in California certainly differs from what it means in Geneva. I'd venture a guess that the former implies some proficient level of functionality and engineering, whereas the latter all to frequently implies a chic design with gold, and sometimes diamonds. So my mind was open and all I knew was that someone would eventually be reaching out to me from a company call Olio. Some brief research on Olio resulted in extra excitement merely based on the members of the Olio development team. Anyone Own Breitling Bentley?
What is the quality of a Breitling? I am contemplating a Breitling for Bentley GMT Chronograph Special Edition. Are they tough? Do they scratch easily? Good lume? ThanksSent from my Aster using Tapatalk
Seamaster links?
I received a very nice seamaster pro chrono today. I had a buddy looking for one and I was able to source and aquire it for him. The only issue is, even though the watch came with boxes, manual, etc, it did not come with all the original links. My friend has a fat wrist. I am hoping you guys can point me in the right direction on purchasing 2.5 links. This is his first watch purchase that isn't a timex and it was sad to see his face when he realized that the only way it would fit him was to have the dive extension out. Thanks in advance guys and attached is a pic so you know what bracelet he has.
Price idea on this please...!!
Brand new, never worn, box, papers and all manuals.Any idea what I should pay for it?
To my PP friends.
Hopefully the mods will give me some latitude here as this isn't strictly PP related, but I wanted to share with my friends on the PP forum that I got engaged last night! I managed to make it to 42 years old without being married, but I am finally growing up! I thoughts watches were expensive until I discovered the world of diamonds! Please raise a virtual glass with me to celebrate!
