Geo.Graham Tourbillon Watch Is Nice And Simple
For 2015, Graham watches releases a new "Geo.Graham" watch which is part of their higher-end collection of classic timepieces. We first saw Geo.Graham watches back in 2012 with the release of Geo.Graham The Moon watch. These watches are more directly inspired by the classic work of watchmaker George Graham, whom the company is based on - even though he was British and Graham today is Swiss. The simply named Geo.Graham Tourbillon is a refined dress watch with a clear luxury position, but not at all pretentious. Of course, that should be tempered with the fact that tourbillons are like the chrome-plating of the luxury watch world - they add visual excitement and technical enhancements, but don't really add to a timepiece's ability to accurately tell the time. It's unfortunate that this video omits the 1.5-hou
Pairs Well With: Seagull 1963
Special thanks to?Z. D. Smith for putting together this edition of Pairs Well WithWhat makes the Seagull such an effective and pleasant watch is its understatement; it has got both military styling and a high-quality mechanical movement, but the details are subtle and neither the functionality nor the worksmanship jump out at you. In other words, it’s got a little class. At the same time, it’s a rugged, unpretentious watch and with its throwback looks and olive NATO band, it goes best with an outfit that communicates comfort and ruggedness. So the theme of the day is a union of understated, high quality with military and/or throwback styling.Seagull 1963Sunny Sports “1940’s Railroad” Organic Cotton Japanese Selvedge Chambray Work Shirt in Sumi ?Sunny Sports is at the very high end of Japanese heritage workwear.
