IWC and Parmigiani Go To The Oscars
Top Hollywood celebrities wore IWCs as they made their way down the famous red carpet Sunday night. Taylor Lautner wore the Portuguese Chrono Automatic, Quentin Tarantino wore the Big Pilot, and Robin Williams wore the Pilot's Mark XVI. Parmigiani Fleurier once again co-sponsored Sony Pictures Classics' pre-Oscar celebration in Beverly Hills on Saturday night. Guests included Best Actress Nominee Carey Mulligan for “An Education” along with Helen Mirren and Christopher Plummer. Parmigiani is an active partner of Sony Pictures Classics events; this is the third Oscar event Parmigiani has sponsored for the independent film company. Hi any members here bought an AP in Japan? Asking for a friend of mine who is going to travel there next month. Giving the weakness in Yen, it would almost be 20% off buying it at the AP boutique without any additional store discounts. Can anyone confirm what Japan's retail prices are? How much they typically discount? Thanks.

Update on my vintage Omega 300 garage sale find
(See my previous post for full details) Well I didn't go too mad, just polished the glass, gave the case a light rub (a few of the bigger life scars are still visible) and replaced the crown. I was thinking of getting the correct bracelet but I think she looks quite acceptable on the nato, I am happy The first two shots are in electric light and the last one is natural light.
New GMT, Can the bracelet be swapped?
Does anyone know or think the bracelet can be changed to the BLNR bracelet on the new GMT? I know there are many Jubille lovers, but it's just not for meCheers
