30% Off Wristwatch Annual 2009 Guide At aBlogtoRead.com
Apparently aBlogtoReadwatches-dealer is now a source for deals. Right now you can get Abbeville Press' wonderful "Wristwatch Annual 2009" Guide for 30% off by using the coupon code "ablogtoread" "if you purchase from Abbeville's Wristwatch Annual Purchase page here. This offer last until February 28th, 2009 (unless I convince them to extend it). This is really a great watch publication for a couple of reasons. First let me say that it is nice to sometimes read watch related content "offline." That experience will never be supplanted (fully) by the Internet. I first discovered Wristwatch Annual when I was in college. I attribute my current passion for to this book, seriously. Speedmasters - 3211.30.00 & 3534.70.00 - anything to look out for?
its a last mintue decision thing.... (sorry, cross posted this same thread watchuseek forum also)looking at purchasing these 2 Speedmasters as a matching watch to form a part of our wedding gift. i'd like to get them both in the next couple of days, preferrably from the same place.i have no problem sourcing the 3211.30.00 (with possible discount), but i have been told that getting 3534.70.00 in such a short time frame will be a big problem.before handing over hard earned cash, are there anything to look out for? as far as i know, they are automatic movements, but not co-axial. they are Caliber: Omega 1164 & Caliber: Omega 3220 respectively. are they decent movements?finally, if anyone know of an AD in central London carrying both watches, please let me know asap. (I will call each of them tomorrow morning).thanks. & any recommendations/suggestions/thoughts are welcomed ps - wanted to add a Speedmaster to my collection, so came up with this wedding gift as an excuse, which mean
Would you buy this if patek released it?
was playing around in photoshop.want to see what everyone thinks of a 5990 in rose gold.
How do you think this looks? 422
I dropped by an AD yesterday and tried the 422 on. As I just posted in Ravager's thread, I am pretty much between this and a 510, which I haven't seen in person yet.I was prepared to find the 422 too big at 47mm, bu it didn't wear as huge as I thought it would. What do you think? I already know Mike's opinion
