A.Lange Sohne Lange Zeitwerk make you think of an iron horse
Looking at the Lange Zeitwerk will you think of an iron horse. It is probably the form within the dial, but which could mean this shows only can bring you luck. This manufactured watch in Germany is an ideal example of Saxon watchmaking with its complex machines miniature in the case of 42 mm stainless steel.
A question for Speedy owners.......

Seamaster Pro 300 Hard Turning Bezel
I recently acquired a Seamaster Pro 300, the pre Bond style with the solid hands and dashes instead of dots on the dial. It is a wonderful watch and my Submariner will get less wrist time because of that. One of the things I'm less than impressed with on the Seamaster is the bezel. It seems that the bezel is difficult to very difficult to turn in comparison to the Submariner, is this normal? Do any of you have both a Seamaster and a Submariner how does turning the bezel compare on your watches. The watch just came back from a complete service before I purchased it so it's got a 2 year warranty if something isn't right.
5-digit case profile white gold Submariner (16619)
I added a poll option so all the purists can vent their rage...I can't stand the super case profile on the new Subs, GMTs, etc. I've tried to like them and have owned them in the past - including an 116619. I sold them all and now own only a 16613.I have the opportunity to have an 116619 customized to exactly match the 5-digit case profile. I don't expect to ever sell it if I do this, but never is a long time. I know some purists will call this a franken. I know some people will say I'd never touch it. The market to sell will be smaller.That said, I'm trying to get an idea of the approximate real cost of doing this to decide if it's worth it to me. Real cost = cost of customization + depreciation hit.Thanks for helping!
Submariner sunburst dial with diamonds?
Did they ever make the blue sunburst submariner with a diamond dial? If not, has anyone ever seen one with with an aftermarket sunburst diamond dial? Any pics?
