Antiquorum to Auction Patek Philippe Calibre 89
On November 14 and 15 at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Geneva, Antiquorum will hold its 35th anniversary sale, and among the more than 300 timepieces to be offered is one that should make any horology aficionado breathe a bit faster… a Patek Philippe Calibre 89 from the Matsuda Collection. With 33 complications, this is the world’s most complicated timepiece. Patek created only 4 examples of the Calibre 89: one each in yellow, pink, and white gold, and one in platinum. This piece, lot 364, is in yellow gold. It was previously sold by Antiquorum on April 9, 1989 in the “Art of Patek Philippe” sale to commemorate the brand’s 150th anniversary. The presale estimate is 4.5 to 5 million Swiss francs. Previews will be held in Hong Kong November 6 & 7, and in Geneva November 12 to 15. Help? How many removable links are there on a 5711 bracelet?
I just went in to an AD to have the bracelet adjusted on my 5711. I asked them to add one link back to the bracelet. And so I handed over my 5711 and a chain of what I thought was 7 spare links. I got my 5711 back with one link added to the bracelet, and a chain of 5 spare links.Now, I can't remember if I started with a chain of 7 or 6 spare links. Maybe it wasn't seven to start with?In total, I now have 5 spare links and 2 removable links on the bracelet, for a total of 7 removable links. Does the Nautilus come from the factory with 8 or 7 removable links on the bracelet? Thanks for any help.

Hey guys, need your help. I have the opportunity to buy a NOS, never been worn PAM 127. Price is 16k (�). Complete with all papers and boxes. I really like it and have wanted one for ages. Is it a wise decision or should I just go for a 422 at half the price?

Many have been for sale for a while now and are even having price drops.So, what gives, did everyone finally notice they are not super rare? Did everyone wake up and notice it was an ETA movement all at once?
