Watches NEWS
Franck Muller v Audemars
Hello,This is my first post for a while and was wondering if we have any Franck Muller aficionados out there? I'm trying to decide between a King Conquistador in SS or an AP Royal Oak in rose gold. I'd love if anyone owning either of these two watches could chip in with any information they may have in terms of reliability, as I'm struggling to find any real information about FM online.

Rubber B strap expensive
So I bent over literally and bought a blue tang strap last night. I still feel raped for paying so much for a rubber strap. I also ordered the Bergeon 7825. Combined I over spent for some rubber and a set of tweezers..lol...I saw a thread with a BLNR with the blue band and had to have it. Plus I wanted options and it will help save the PCL's. Will post pictures once they come in. By they way I spent days researching threads and felt the Rubber B blue matched the BLNR bezel more than the Everest strap. It was a tough choice to pick which brand and which type. Didn't want to take apart the oyster bracelet so that is what swung me to the tang model. Feel free to post any strap pictures so I don't feel bad..
SS Rolex Sky Dweller Blue vs. AP Royal Oak 41mm 15400 Blue
I'm aware this is a forum for Rolex enthusiasts and owning three myself (GMT BLNR, Two-tone ceramic GMT 116713, Sub-C 116610LN) I'm clearly a fan. However, lately I've been torn between the SS Sky Dweller in blue and the AP Royal Oak 41mm 15400.The Sky-D is a bit flashy for me but I love the GMT function (yes I know I already have two GMTs but I travel internationally for work quite often) and the bright gorgeous dial, heft and 42mm size. It is definitely a statement piece that will draw a lot of attention and praise. And an amazing complication by Rolex. The AP Royal Oak on the other hand, especially in blue, is an absolute classic. Simple, elegant, timeless and exudes pure class without being flashy. One of the rare watches that can be worn as a sports or dress watch. Only 10mm thick making it a very understated 41mm. Both are currently very hard to get as the AP has a boutique-only 1-2 year waiting list here in Singapore and the Sky-D might be even longer, especially the blue
