Ap diver inbound!!!
Hello all, this is my first thread post in the Audemars Piguet section. I just traded up for an AP Diver. This will be my 2nd attempt in the Haute timepiece category, the first being a PP Nautilus 5711which I traded. I just couldn't fall in love with it. I've always been enamored by AP, and I thought the Diver would make a good entry piece into AP, and it should pair well with my DSSD. If I can figure out how to post pictures, I will when it gets here on Wednesday. Thanks all- Jack

Newbie with Durability Question
Hi, I just joined the forum. I have had a Patek 5036 WG since new in 1999. Love the watch and wear it often. I'd like to get my wife a 4936 Annual calendar. My question is, how durable are these watches? My wife is not particularly careful. She wears a Rolex now, and even golfs with it. I know she should not play golf with this Patek. But is this watch too delicate for daily wear in someone who may be careless? She is also looking at a new Rolex which is probably more durable for her. Any thoughts? Thanks

New to Rolex and want to buy Daytona and Sky Dweller
A bit of about me- I have liked watches for a while, and didn't knew much about the mechanical watches until recently. I have owned quartz and digital watches all my life, and for some reason I keep losing them. The oldest watch I have is a Swatch Chrono.But, mechanical watches are addictive! It has been less than a year that I got into Mechanical watches. My first mechanical/automatic was a Seiko Alpinist (got it from Japan), and my second one was a Tissot (got it from online dealer, no manufacturer warranty).However, I got into mechanical watches after seeing the new the Rolex AirKing. I wanted to get that one, and then I moved on to DateJust 40mm, and I think both are great watches. But then I researched more and more and I now I am looking into getting the Daytona 116503 with black or champagne dial and get the Sky Dewller SS in Black or Blue dial (if I can get my hands on it in a year or so. The two tone SD in black is available but don't like that combination much). I'll buy it n
