Sending my 15400 for service
I called AP in Clearwater today as my 15400 is gaining about 2 minutes a week... they suggested that I send it in to be looked at. In the instructions, it says to bubble wrap the watch, not to send in the original watch box...Any suggestions on the best way to package it for service? Thanks guys
Anyone have pics of 15300ST on a leather strap?
I havent seen many 15300s on a leather strap. Do they fit the ss version or do they need seperate endlinks?
5990 considerations
Hi All, Thinking hard about the 5990...chrono and GMT are probably the complications I like the most and a grey dial adds some variety to what I currently have in the stable. Out of curiosity, what kind of discount have you been getting at AD for this? I know it varies by country/city - if it makes a difference the cities I spend the most time in are full of many deep pocketed individuals (New York, Singapore, London) who buy a lot...Anyone love/hate the 5990? First, I have to acknowledge this image from RedLS3, who started in excellent thread in the reviews section. I saw this picture and it made me lust after this discontinued model. I haven't seen many Basel wishlists on here but Rolex, if you're listening, can I please have this model, with a 3235 and 41 MM please? I can!?!?!?!? Thank you!!!!! Would anyone else like to see the Turn-O-Graph brought back? My DJ41 is awsome, but the one thing I miss from Sport models I've had is the movable bezel, it was a very useful tool. And seriously, isn't this a gorgeous watch?
