Tiger Woods Signs Endorsement Deal with Rolex
Today Tiger Woods and Rolex announced a new partnership that marks the return of Woods to the world of big-time endorsements. The deal follows TAG Heuer’s August decision to drop Woods as an ambassador, and it is the first major endorsement deal for Woods since the downfall that began in November, 2009. “Rolex is convinced that Tiger Woods still has a long career ahead of him and that he has all the qualities required to continue to mark the history of golf,” Rolex said in a statement posted on its official website on Wednesday. “The brand is committed to accompanying him in his new challenges.”“This association pays tribute to the exceptional stature of Tiger Woods and the leading role he plays in forging the sport’s global appeal. It also constitutes a joint commitment to the future.”In a sense, Woods is returning home. How do ROO's look when used/abused? Please help with pics or info
Hi everyone,I'm thinking of picking up my very first Audemars Piguet. In a separate thread, I was discussing which of the ROO models to get and I have yet to try them on to decide on which one to settle for. However, looking forward, I wanted to know how these watches look after a little bit of abuse. I have seen Rolex submariners/Explorers being used hardI have seen Panerai's being used like they should I have also seen some Aquanauts and Nautilus' used hard and lovedThese all (to me) look good when they are abused, and little hairline scratches here and there only give character to the watch. I vaguely recall seeing a few Royal Oak Offshores being used hard. But cannot locate those threads or pictures anymore (that was some years ago) I have heard that ROO's, like any AP (even the RO) get scratches pretty easily due to the numerous polishings and finishings on the watch. I was just wondering if anyone could kindly provide some photos/or point me towards photos or threads which show j
Does Omega Provide Another 24 Month Warranty After Repair?
I sent my PO Chrono in for service under warranty. It just came back and I am putting it up for sale. Does anyone know if Omega provides another 24 months and if it is transferrable? It would be nice to be able to provide the buyer with a full warranty.
Patek pocket watch
I recently visited a friend who is also a fellow WIS , and he bust out his collection . The one piece that really caught my eye was his Patek Pocket Watch . I don't really know much about it , but I thought it would be cool to share amongst the Patek enthusiasts .ImageUploadedByTapatalk1344889853.587178.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1344889920.135270.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1344889936.838663.jpg
