Hands-On: With The Longines Single Push-Piece Chronograph 180th Anniversary Limited Edition (Live Pi
In case you haven't heard, Longines is celebrating their 180th anniversary this year, and they have released a special collection to celebrate. A highlight for us is the limited edition Single Push-Piece Chronograph, which is an awesome vintage-inspired column-wheel, mono-pusher chronograph.Longines has a rich history in producing great chronographs, and this piece is no exception. The limited edition Single Push-Piece (Ref. L2.774.8.23.x) has a 40mm 18k rose gold case that houses a Longines Calibre L788.2, developed with ETA (who call it the A08.261). The case has rounded sides and wears really nicely on the wrist. It's refreshing to try on a brand new, moderately-sized chronograph. 2 OF 18 The Decorated Movement and Case 3 OF 18 Vintage-Style Wire Lugs There's no mistaking the vintage inspiration on this watch. The vintage-style lugs, white lacquer dial, fancy arabic numerals, blued steel hands, script logo, and crown design all scream vint

Bend collection: Less quantity, more quality
Two months ago I decided to bend my collection: Less quantity, more quality'. Much earlier than expected this operation succeeded last week. Two Rolexes, two APs + 15.000 euros in cash left, two Pateks came. First I bought a one year old 5980R, it was not available at my AD. Last week I (priority, here 2-5 year waiting list) picked up my 5711 blue dial. I quite sure I made the right decision. All forum members, thanks for your advice!ImageUploadedByTapatalk1426512622.972948.jpg

Planning for the next crown
Hey all, need some opinionsCurrently I have 1) 1140602) 116710 ( bought it to be my boy s growing up watch)Recently I was blessed with the arrival of my little girl hence I am thinking of acquiring another crownBeen thinking of 1) hulk 2) 116613LNI really love the submariner range and I am thinking of retiring the 114060 for my Daughter. My mind is on the TT but it will be harder to wear on a daily basis. But the 116613LN has always been a grail ( not bluesy, I don't know why but it just don't sing to me) I really like the classic black and gold look. The hulk is growing on me as it reminds me of my little girl now hahaha she is a little fighter! But the price is atrocious ( talking of preowned here, almost the same price of the TT)no Batman please and no Daytona ( doesn't sing to me too)
