Patek Philippe's showing at Baselworld 2015 was, in my belief, its strongest in years. We saw them show absolutely stunning updates to the 5170G (black dial, oversized breguet, leaf hands make a world of difference) and 5270 (now available in rose, and no more chin on existing g models). We also saw perhaps the best watch Patek has made since the 5970P in the 5370P – a platinum split seconds chronograph with a black enamel dial. OK, they also brought out the least Patek watch they've ever made in the 5524G but we've already covered that craziness here. Strap Size On Newest 42mm Offshore Chrono
I've searched around and I'm not finding the actual strap measurements on the newest Offshores. I guess, that the case width is 29mm like the older Offshore model. Is the tang buckle end, 24mm just like the Diver? In the images on the AP site the buckle end appears to be smaller than 24mm. This could be an optical delusion on my part. I'm not concerned with the lengths, just the widths.

Just called my AD here in Hawaii and they didn't know that the ADs were getting the books. They thought it was only given out in Switzerland for the celebration. Stinks that I just bought my watch a month ago and I really want a copy of the book. Anyone know where else I can get it?

Patek dealers in Taiwan
Going to visit Taipei and Taichung this coming Sunday. Will stay one week in Taiwan. Would like to seek you guys recommendation for the Patek and high-end timepiece ADs there. How did this ding came about?
Bought this 116610ln from the AD.Ding is at the bottom edge of the case at 10pm mark.Only noticed this ding after i brought it to another branch of the same AD to resize the bracelet around 2 days later.It does not look like it was dropped as there are no other signs of damage.And the shape of the ding looks too perfect and rounded.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
