Chronoswiss Opens Boutique in NYC’s SoHo
Chronoswiss has opened its first USA boutique at 339 West Broadway in New York City’s SoHo neighborhood. The boutique is open to the public now, and the grand opening celebration will be on Wednesday, December 2nd from 7 p.m. C 11 p.m. Chronoswiss teams up with jewelry designer and goldsmith Kristen Farrell to operate this premier location. The timing of the opening, right before the holidays couldn't be better and New York City is the ideal market for holiday shopping, said Hartmut Kraft, President of Chronoswiss North America. We are very excited about this exceptional partnership with Kristen Farrell that enabled us to open up a Boutique only one year after the brand’s groundbreaking restructuring in the U.S. market. We are proud of having a particularly selective retail network that emphasizes personal relationships with our authorized retail partners. Having our own Manhattan outlet will further increase brand recognition and add to the strong retail position with o
Archimede Pilot XL Automatik Watch
If you are looking for a good priced, well mannered, and large sized pilot style watch, this just might be the piece for you. Archimede released their next Pilot automatic watch with the Pilot XL Automatik. The watch takes everything you like about the traditional simple Pilot watch look and ups the size from 39mm or 42mm to 45mm. The crown itself is 8mm thick. This is actually a good size making for a decidedly large watch that I would NOT describe as being silly big. "That giant watch looks ridiculous on your wrist!" .is not a statement this watch will attract. The Archimede Pilot XL is housed in a steel case (made by Ickler) with a brushed finish, and the sapphire crystal has a double AR coating - so it is quite easy to view and won't really have glare. The dial is simple with high contrasting numerals and blued hands coated with lots of lume. It is a classic looking and highly functional watch face. Inside the watch is an ETA 2824-2 movement which is visible through the mineral glas
41mm Royal Oak Frosted Gold in White Gold
Good news for those men who've been contemplating to get the Frosted Gold but were deterred by the 37mm size. The Frosted Gold is now available in a 41mm WG case with a blue dial and is limited to 200 pieces.
Bracelet sizing
Hi everyone I recently picked a 15400 and I've been to trying to get the bracelet right. First I had two links taken out of either side, but felt too tight and was leaving the imprint of the watch on my wrist. So I had one link put back on. it still didn't sit right, so I went to AP in NYC and purchased a link and half. So currently I'm at 4 regular links taken out and the link and a half put in. However it still doesn't sit the way I'd like. Any suggestions? See fit below.
My First PAM 24 Sub
Have had this watch on my list for years, finally pulled trigger on an O series Submersible. They don't seem to be the most popular and have only seen one in the wild. Bezel is tight and unlike my other 7750 based watches, there is no noticeable rotor wobble on this one. Thinking of dressing it up with an alligator strap, but I think this is probably a beach and jeans sort of tool watch.
