Beware: Professionally faked sticker in a authentic warrantybook AP
Hello everybody,I was looking for a Rubberclad H-series in steel for some time. Came past one at Chrono24. Did contact the seller because the watch was a H serial(new type dial, the one I was looking for) with the serialnumber starting with a H (ofcourse). I did ask for a picture of the certificate/warrantybook with the numbers readable. The watch was dates 2008 . Asked the seller (store) how that's possible, seller responded that it is normal that a H series is dated 2008. He had sold a lot of H-series dated 2008-2009. I did't trust that so I did check the combination of warranty and casenumber on the Audemars Piguet website on the extend the warranty section . This works well if you want to check if the combination of the numbers in de books is OK. I first did check it out on a few other watches. If you try to extend the warranty of a watch with legit numbers the website says the warranty is already extended til xxxx OR if the previous owners never had extended the warranty:

PAM 000510 vs PAM000359
Hi guys! A future Panerai user here! Im going to buy a usted PAM So first has per you Experience is it recommended to buy one on eBay? Of course i Will buy for a Guy with lots of Positive recommendations.Second question and The real one. im between a 510 and 359 both have The same price on eBay 50usd difference close to 5000usd wich one Will you pick as a first PAM?Im not going to wear it everyday So I believe The 3 vs 8 days Will not make a difference from a usability perspective. But I read that people preffer The P5000 over The P9000is it better? Last one Are The prices fair? Should I distrust?Thank you very much!!

What is it about Panerai
That draws you to it?Let me explain what I mean. I never used to like the look of them and Until last week I had never seen one but for some strange reason I've been drawn to them slowly over the past year. Last week I went to Italy and found a small dealer in Verona that had a few Patek's Omega's and a dozen or so Panerai. If I was in a Rolex AD I could name nearly every one immediately but with Panerai I could even name one.However I loved the look of two of them and tried them one. One turned out to be a 590 and the other a 005 (the strap on the 005 was a different one that normally comes with it - when they showed me the original strap I wasn't as keen as the one they had on).The AD wouldn't do a deal on either but eventfully agreed to knock of �300 off the 005 and give me the strap that was one it (retail �320) - on a quick google of Prices it would have been the same as UK prices so I walked away.
