One holy grails vs 2 grails
Wanted some of your opinion especially Neil's After acquiring my first AP the grey elephant I've been loving it soo much that I rarely wear my GMT II 2 tone which use to have a lot of wrist time now I'm graduating soon and I'll be getting one last watch before enter my next chapter. I've made up my mind that I want a rose gold watch to me nothing beats that. As much as I love the greytheme roo I do not want anywatch other watch that scratches this easily again. So even though I love the rg roc sooo much I wouldnt want a watch that i'll have to worry too much too much when wearing so my choices goes down to If I end up getting the rolex i'll trade it with my gmt 2 tone which will end left with a hulk, elephant, and gold rolex. If I go AP i will trade my AP and gmt 2 tone and left with a hulk - 26401or - corum bubble roulette and few other watches what would be your choices? Hi all,I will be graduating university in several months and am seeking advice regarding which watch I should choose as a graduation gift (in combination with saved money). The idea is to have a nice dress watch that will be suitable for formal dress and business occasions. I have narrowed down my choices between the 5296R Calatrava and the Lange 1815 Manual Wind (in rose gold) but am having a tough time deciding which watch will be the one; I love the arabic numerals and pocket watch look of the Lange but the Patek is classically understated and pedigreed.unnamed.jpg unnamed-1.jpgunnamed-2.jpgThe Patek could be acquired from a local AD for $22K but something about the Lange's case keeps bringing me back to it. I'm on the hunt for the next watch (again) and hoping to add one more piece to the collection before the end of the year. I currently have the BLNR, a SS black dial Daytona, and an AP ROO (Black Themes). I think I want something on strap More importantly, got to be versatile even if it's on the dressy side (if that makes sense). I was on my way home from a business meeting and naturally, had to swing by an AD to see what they had. Plenty to look at and I had great time trying several pieces on. Thanks JoannaObviously, each is quite different, a large $$$ discrepancy between certain models, and each has something unique that makes it really standout. Oddly enough, the last one I tried on (the PP Travel Time) was the one that really stood out for me. Ironically, I tried it on just as I was about to walk out! Rubber was not something I was considering but everything about the watch just works in my opinion. Thoughts and suggestions welcome!

Can anyone shed some light on this rumor?? I have heard that there was a single 47mm Slytech Luminor Submersible in 18k (yellow or rose) gold... and of course it's in Sly's possession... there's only one.Can anyone confirm this, and if so show a pic or a link to this. Thanks
