Goldilocks and the 15400
I'm assuming there's not much to be done here but...When I remove three links it's too tight...When I remove two links it's way too loose...When I substitute a link with a 1.5 link it's still too loose...I must fit exactly between a half-link and a full link. Due to no micro-adjustment I'm struggling to get a really comfortable fit. Anything I'm missing here?Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Researching watch collectors
My AD passed on this link to take part in a survey on watch collectors. I thought it might interest you guys, here is the message from him:The industry's leading research company, LGI Network, is launching the first in-depth survey of luxury timepiece collectors. I was hoping you could participate in the survey and mention it to others so that they can participate as well. This is an industry-wide initiative that will provide important feedback to brands and the broader collector community. CEO's of most leading brands rely on LGI's information to make critical product and business decisions. In addition to being able to voice your opinions, as a respondent, you will receive a confidential copy of the survey results. The results will include unfiltered feedback on brand reputations, purchasing and trade-in practices, pricing, and much more. The survey is being administered by LGI Network and will be conducted via the web. Feedback from respondents will be kept confidential, and pr

What's your story?
Lately I've been reading some good nice feel Rolex stories like Jack Nicklaus wearing just one watch, a DD 1803 since 1967.I've also read a story where a man purchased his Rolex (forgot which model) like 50 years ago and that was his only watch. He told stories of significant milestones of his life while wearing the watch - from huge events like his wedding, the birth of his children to as mundane everyday human stories. If you look at his watch, you could actually see and feel that it's been to war and survived the battles. And that makes it special. What makes our watches special? We all have the same watches. There's nothing significant when we bought it because there are hundres of thousand in production out there somewhere in the world. What makes our watch special are the stories and every story is unique. So just recently, I've decided to sell all of my stuff (Rolex, Omegas, Pams, Breitlings, Tags, etc), some were handed off to my wife and I retained only 3 - A Sub date, GMT II an
