New companion for BLNR...
What do you think about this one? I Think the Master Co-Axial is really cool and a very impressive movement. Since I'm working in a cockpit environment I guess the 15000 gaus thing couldn't hurt anyway. I really like this one - fits everything as I see it. Uniform, dinner with friends, formal occasions...Thanks for looking.
Switching Speedy Dials?
Does anyone know if a 1861 dial would fit/work with a 861 movement? Specifically, I'd like to put a panda dial in my speedy. I have a 1978 861 movement. I noticed that Ofrei is selling a panda dial (here: .ofrei/page343.html) and states, Used on Model number 3570.21.00 with case number 145.0022 Is this a feasible option?Alternatively,Would the Appollo 11 dial fit in the 861 and if so, does anyone know where I might be able to find one? Thanks for the help.
5205r too small?
I am becoming more enthusiastic about this watch but it still seems a bit small. Was going to trade for a 5070r but now thinking of keeping the 5205r and just buying the 5070r (and growing the Patek portion of my collection). Would appreciate advice. Apologies for the phone photos.
Laser welding
Anyone know how much Patek charge for laser welding?
Atlanta AD Sightings
Just walked out of an AD that currently has a SS Sub Date, LN GMT and a Polar Exp2. If I can help facilitate getting you one, DM and I'll get you info.
