You loved the Perrelet Turbine watch collection. It was not only a popular watch to look at, many of you enjoyed it. Will it will finally be available starting this weekend at a special Perrelet watch event that will be held at the Lussori luxury watch store on Carmel-By-The-Sea, California (August 29-30). In addition to the Turbine watch, there will be other interesting Perrelet timepieces that will amuse and delight (and possibly lead to a new purchase). Among the crowd will be Virginie Perrelet, who is related to the great Abraham-Louis Perrelet of "way back when." Please don't pester her with questions about what Abraham-Louis was like.The event will be at Lussori over the two day period from 11am to 5pm. In addition to Perrelet watches, they have an very impressive list of many hard to find luxury watch brands. I've been thinking about getting my first Patek. Since I already have several other 3 hand watches as well as an Explorer II & GMTIIC, the 5167, a great watch by the way, would not be different enough for me. I very much like the moon phase & small seconds complication as well as the very thin case and alligator strap with fold over clasp. For those of you who own or have owned this watch, what are your likes and dislikes?
