When Zenith wants to, it can really make a compelling watch. Just shown last week at Baselworld 2015, you are looking at the El Primero Chronograph Classic. There isn't much to it, but it's downright perfect. 1 OF 5 The 42 mm watch features a brand new case that Zenith has never before used in any watch. It is thin, and features beautiful extended lugs that hug the wrist in a really elegant way. The entire watch is just over 11 mm thick, and uses a version of Zenith's excellent El Primero movement, here with just two registers and no date. 2 OF 5 The dial here is a bright silver and features running seconds and a 30-minute counter. The look is simple, clean, and absolutely beautiful. The crystal on the Chronograph Classic is slightly domed, and features anti-glare treatment on both sides. Ocean7 LM7 Ploprof is this a jip? or decent?
I was not able to find a decent vintage Omega Ploprof so I bought this Ocean7 watch and put an Omega mesh band on it and it looks and works great- all togther around $1350.00-now I find Omega has reissued the dive watch even though the new watch looks have slightly changed-LM7 seems to look more like the original Poprof than than the new Omega-but not really knowing the watch market or quality is the Ocean7 a decent watch?

5711 now more expensive than 5712 at auction

Hi Guys : I am not a Panerai guy but I was at a watch show here in NYC and feel in love with this watch. As I said I am absolute novice when it comes to Panerai watches and was looking for advise on this particular model. The dealer was asking $26000 complete with box & papers. I looked online and found one for $21K. So I am now throughly confused. So definitely need your help.
