Details and price of Jaeger LeCoultre Amvox 2 Chronograph DBS
Today, we found not a transponder DBS (one capable of synchronization with the Aston), but rather a chronograph limited edition Amvox 2. Take cues from the transponder (retail price ~ $ 40 000), the chronograph of this monitoring is operated by pressing on the face of the Crystal, thus no pushers projection of the case, and the retail price for this current time of production is less than half that of the transponder. Example of today, sells for about half of the retail price in order to get really much about a rare and innovative of Jaeger LeCoultre chronograph.
We love this face, semi-skeletonized watch black red accents and really, it is a watch that reminds us many vintage Heuers of the 1960s and 1970s, as it is purely a timepiece of race and you can tell. This Amvox 2 DBS Limited Edition chronograph is selling for $9450 and more information are available here. And even if we know that this is not the transponder, we thought that us would post a video of this show finally shor

Hey guys!!!After days of debating and trying out a whole lot of timepieces I finally zeroed in and got myself this one.....Firstly a big thanks to each and every one of you who posted pics of this particular watch on this forum... Yurs pics were what really drew me into this watch.....I have been wearing this watch for the last 2 days even whilst loitering at home and I have to say it is THE most comfortable watch to wear especialy for the size.... And I love the stealth apperance and understated luxury... Forged carbon and ceramic reallt does the trick.....Enjoy these pics I took first thing Sturday morning to share with you guys :-)Regards,Abner
20 minutes with Thierry Stern
Was lucky enough to be invited at the gala dinner at the Saatchi Gallery last night. It was relatively cosy with a small-ish number of people and they walked us through all the galleries and watches with a personalised explanation and a few anecdotes. The most interesting was the 4 Patek Craftsmen (and woman) working in one of the galleries. I chatted with all 4 of them in French and they were the most down to earth nice persons you could find.Just out of that, i bumped into Thierry Stern, introduced myself and started chatting in French. My interest is more cars than watches and the conversation oscillated between the two. I made a reference to Ferrari's and Aston's from the 1960's and pointed to him that all cars made in small series had their own individual specificities making each and everyone unique. And that he should aim for that individuality..Then he explained how the stone encrusting guy I had just spoken to went to school with him and they were mates rather than boss / employ
DJ Wimbledon Dial
Happy holidays TRF members,I have been searching for my first Rolex watch that I can wear daily. As a banker and a lawyer, I wanted a dressy yet a casual watch that I can wear without worrying too much about getting scratches. The DJ 41 TT (the Wimbledon ) was what I wanted and purchased it at a great price while I was on a family vacation in Taiwan last week. This watch is very comfortable and I am satisfied with the purchase. My previous daily watch was a Tag Heuer Indy 500 and I still love the watch. It is a tank!!!I am happy to finally joined the TRF club!
