Bonhams To Offer Historical Heuer Chronographs At Goodwood Revival This Weekend, Including A Gold Ca
This year’s Bonhams vintage car auction at the Goodwood Revival features a selection of fantastic memorabilia, vehicles, and a fantastic selection of vintage watches with some sort of relation to cars. The group (lots 60-77) feature makers such as Omega, Girard Perregaux, Corum, and of course, Heuer. Below we have picked a few of our favorites. The auction takes place this Saturday, September 12th. Lot 66 C Stainless Steel Calendar Chronograph Heuer Carrera 45 Dato, Reference 3147N, 1967 1 OF 8 This stainless steel manual-winding chronograph from 1967 is part of the first series of the Carrera reference 3147. PP Aquanaut Owners Club - Sound Off
Seeing quite a few Aquanauts hitting TRF , and I believe we are growing at a pace that will soon rival the Submariners!!! Sooo, let's sound off and join the PP Aquanaut Owners Club one and all!!! Pictures, where, and when you got it?I'll start off with mine? Picture attached, got it in Bath, UK, March 2009
OOPS I did it again!
I could not get the images of this watch out of my head. I actually wanted this last year when I bought the 5712G. There was something I loved about being able to wear a PP no matter the weather and not worry about it getting wet or high humidity to ruin a leather strap! This watch is as comfortable a watch as I have ever had and extremely easy to read! Both important as I get older! The finish and detailing of the watch is amazing. Without further delay, my new 5164!Sent from Kevin's Tapatalk!

A thread to discuss the merits of those Complications we like the best.Remember there are no winners and there certainly are no losers.Just a discussion of which Complications we like and why.Pictures are a must whenever possible, remember it's awfully hard to discuss the beauty of something without a picture. There are 31 models in this category, as such I actually have more than just one which I like. From the Patek Phillipe website:Complicated Watches A supreme test of ingenuityA 'complication' in watchmaking is anything a mechanical watch might do beyond telling the time and simple date. Patek Philippe upholds a tradition in complications that are useful in everyday situations, such as Annual Calendars, dual time zones and World Time displays. At Patek Philippe, we enjoy unrivalled expertise in our knowledge and practice of this pinnacle of the watchmaker's art.
