The 19th of September marked the date of the opening of what is, without exaggeration, one of the most exciting horological events I can recall in a long time. Montres Breguet, and the Legion of Honor (one of the San Francisco Museums of Art) have partnered to create the exhibition, “Breguet: Art And Innovation in Watchmaking,” which presents over 80 watches, clocks, and instruments spanning a wide period in early Breguet production, including the most productive years of Breguet himself, as well as those of his son, Antoine-Louis. 1 OF 34 The exhibition was years in the making and planning, and is co-curated by Martin Chapman, the curator in charge of decorative European arts and sculpture for the Legion of Honor, and Emmanuel Breguet, curator of the Breguet Museum co-located with the Breguet boutique on the Place Vendôme in Paris (which we took you inside here). Hello, I am a collector of Rolex, maniac with the brand, but the few days I had the opportunity to get an Audemars.The model in question was the RO ref 15400 with white dial.I Always questioned if the quality and the finish of the AP would be even higher than that of Rolex and today could prove in my hands.I can't stop looking and admire the brightness and the finish of the watch, bracelet is a piece of art.Another detail is the difficulty in getting a good picture of the watch due to its brightness.Some picsOne Hug to all Rolex Friends!!!!!!

Hello all,So for a long time I have been a loyal rolex and AP guy. I never thought I would get a panerai but over the last few months they have really grown on me and I now want one as I think they look awesome. I like the 233, 164, 104 537 and similar models. Do any of these come with an open/see through case back?Thank you for any info.
