Speedmaster Classic back from servicing-finally!
I brought my watch to my AD and it was sent to the New Jersey Service Center. It took five weeks to get a price for servicing and just one week short of four months (including the five weeks) to get the watch back. I was beginning to get concerned, although I read on one of the forums that the centers had an unusually large number of watches in for work. In any event, I've got to say that the finished product is awesome. Despite being about twenty years old, the watch came back looking brand new. Everything is working perfectly. I couldn't be happier! For those who may be interested, the watch was in excellent cosmetic condition when sent in, so no major items needed repair or replacement. In fact, I understand that this was basically a disassembly and cleaning only. The cost was $614 which I thought was reasonable, especially considering the complications that are part of this watch. Here are a few photos:
Any airports where PP is represented?

Do You Like the Nautilus 40th Pieces now decent pictures are out?
Simple question: Do you like the Nautilus 40th Anniversary Pieces now real pictures have been posted rather than the factory shots which have so divided the watch community?I have started this thread simply because there was a pretty universal dislike to some aspects of the 40th Nautilus models which now that actual watches have been seen has changed considerably. Some of the biggest detractors have now placed or are considering placing orders! Please have a look at the following pictures before placing your vote, these were all taken by a Patek client of actual production watches and no editing has taken place. It seems to be universally accepted by those who have seen the pieces that the diamond indices are actually very discreet and well thought out and that the 40th anniversary wording far from standing out as it did in the factory photographs actually blends very well into the background in most situations.https://youtu.be/l3YNMznjo-Yhttps://youtu.be/qSQz-LdRnrc
Thank You Steve
Thank's Steve and those other's who made this possible.
