At SIHH 2015 this week, Panerai Panerai debuted the Luminor 1950 3 Days Chrono Flyback Automatic Ceramica – 44 mm. This new model surrounds the P.9100 manufacture chronograph movement with a high-tech matte-black case fashioned from synthetic ceramic based on zirconium oxide. The flyback function offered by the P.9100 caliber instantly zeroes the chronograph hands and restarts them with the push of a single button. This chronograph is unusual in that it uses only two hands, both centrally mounted. The blued hand counts the chronograph seconds, and the rhodium-plated hand tallies the chronograph minutes. The continuous seconds appear on the dial at 9 o'clock.The unusual chronograph uses two hands, both centrally mounted, and no subdials.To maintain the integrity of Panerai's trademark lever-based crown protection device, the chronograph pushers are located on the 9 o'clock side of the case. SMP Bond and Ploprof hands similar
I always thought the SMP Bond skeleton hands were totally unique to the brand and just now realized they bare a resemblance to the hands on the Ploprof. Not earth shattering news, but I found it interesting to see a connection between these models. Thought some of you Omega fans would like one more bit of useless WIS knowledge.

Polishing Bond Style Bracelets
I'm looking for a Seamaster Pro Chrono. I've seen some with some pretty beat up bracelets. I know what's involved with polishing a Jubilee or Oyster style Rolex bracelet, but I'm wondering if it's a similar process for the Bond bracelet. I see some parts of the links that seem highly polished while the majority of the bracelet has a satin finish. Thanks for any info.
