Zannetti Squelette XL Automatic Watch Available On James List
Here is one of those interesting watches that you'll dare not see being sold in America - at least most likely not. Which prompts me to remark once again, that there are many a splendid brand of timepiece that are simply not marketed or sold here in the States. So this is a watch by Zannetti, and determined Italian watch brand that I've spoken about before. This watch is the Squelette XL Automatic, and offers a nice set of easy to live with features. I like that, because it is an obviously avant garde watch, but you don't need to worry much about it being hard to live with.The movement is an ETA 2892-A2 that has need skeletonized and blued (via PVD). There are also some engraved decorations on the bridges. It is a nicely done movement for those who can really get into a skeletonized dial - and in this case a totally non-existent dial. How easy is it to sell your Calatrava?
Hello Everyone,I am considering the purchase of my first Patek, which would be a new 5296R-001, from an authorized dealer.However, I hesitate because I wonder how difficult it may be to sell it one day if I should want to have a Patek with complications in the future.So my question is for those of you who have found yourself in that position of trying to sell your Calatrava. Were you happy or disappointed with the price your Calatrava commanded on the preowned market? Did you sell to an authorized dealer, online, or through forums?I would enjoy hearing any stories of what methods you used to sell it.

It's inevitable that such a model is coming, given the fact that Panerai as of lately resembles a cheap italian hooker in the way they go about their loyalty to collectors and their (tongue in cheek) 'exclusivity'. 'New' models are just old models with small tweaks, when something is 'rare and limited', rest assured that another model is already in production which is similar and also 'limited'. I miss the days of small production Panerai. Call me a hopeless nostalgic.
