Omega and Cartier Comparison
Since I have no experience with Omega and Cartier watches, are they both in the same class? In terms of movement, I would assume Omega has the upper edge. However, with brand recognition, resale value, reliability, design, and elegance, which would come on top?
Which Aqua Terra?
I am considering buying an Aqua Terra, probably in the smaller 38.5mm size since my wrist is only 6.75. incoming gifts
My AD is going to offer me golf bag and 5088P cufflinks for me as gifts. I do not ask for golf bag because it is large and cost more for shipping, But Jamie decide to offer it to me.I am very happy to receive the incoming new gifts. cufflinks-s.jpg
What SS Rolex models can you find at retail?
Curious to see what people can find in their local area or places they have visited recently. For me the Explorer I (almost everywhere), Explorer II (both colors, usually have a black or white if not both), and an Air King (not everywhere but it's not hard to find) are the ones I see. I occasionally see the Deep Sea in Black as well. The blue Milgauss is a bit more uncommon but it can be found but the GV model is pretty much everywhere. The GV doesn't seem to sell all that well as I'll go to the same AD and still see the watch there, while other models rotate as they sell. The Sub was everywhere until fairly recently. I still can't believe that there is a Sub scarcity... Models I've never seen just sitting in an AD are the BLNR, Hulk, SD43 and Daytona (you see the precious metal models everywhere though). Luckily, I've gotten to try all of them as I have a friend who owns a BLNR and another who owns the Hulk. Funny enough, maybe I'm just not paying attention to them, I don't remember s
