Incoming ROO 44 RG (2017 dial version)
I have to say, I am really liking the new dial option on the RG 44.
New to forum/collecting
Good Evening!I am new to TRF and have just started collecting over the past year. I was fortunate enough to receive 2 vintage Omega pieces from my grandfather. When I was given the watch the leather band it was on was not the original and was fairly destroyed. My family had basically forgotten about the pieces. The plexi (i believe its plexi) was all destroyed. I took it to a guy local to me and he polished it up, cleaned it all up internally and it is now almost flawless. I have the reference number written down at my office so I will have to post that tomorrow however i was just wondering if anybody had any information they could provide me with about the piece by looking at the photo. I believe it is from 1974. Any estimated value as I am curious.Thank you all in advance.SK
Bought a Speedy today....great watch!
Lunch time and this Speedmaster hesalite was offered to me at a reasonable price. Now it will sit next to my Daytona in the watchbox. Its light, fits my wrist well and extremely legible. And its a true tool watch, if its good for a walk on the Moon, its great to own one. Thanks for reading! 😄
Factory Tour
Last week had the privilege of going on a two day trip to Patek.Wow.I know others have been...But, tour of the museum. And then the factory.Got to see in the flesh the 150 anniversary watch..And the star calibre...The whole collection in one hit...But no photos allowed from inside. If you ever get the chance go! It makes you realise why they cost so much, and actually you realise that they are worth the money....
I'm LOVING this new DJ41
I'm seriously considering this DJ41 with the smooth bezel and white sticks dial. I tried it on and I can't stop thinking about it! Does anyone have one of these yet? If so, what are your thoughts on it?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
