Guys with Rose Gold Royal Oak, help me out please.
Hey I am currently about to pull the trigger on a rose gold 15400, before I do I want to know from the guys who own an OR AP just how much attention does it draw to your wrist?I spend most of my time in the Caribbean so I have never seen one or any AP on someone's wrist. I have seen a few stainless steels when I am in London and that is eye catching on its own, much less RG.Can you guys tell me if it's to the point where you feel uncomfortable?Merci!
coaxial seamaster
Hey guys, I am a proud owner of a new coaxial model seamaster with black dial. I have heard these models with aluminum bezels and coaxial movements are kind of rare. Is there any validity to that statement? I am new to omega and I have only ever owned two prior omega speedy dates. This is my first diving model. Hi All, need all the help and info . PP 5235 / 5170G
Hi allIn months time, (could be 1-2) I should hv the opportunity to make a very important decision, that's the ticket to PP club.Frankly very excited, as some one in the forum said All watches lead to Patek (sori forgot the member's name who mentioned that) and it takes me almost 20 years, and more than 120 watches to realize that ...has been focusing on indies watches for the past 8 years in fact.Well, better be late than never, and I believe this wil not be the last PP for me.Here's comes the dilemms.....I hv narrowed down to both PP 5235 & 5170G, and well my kind AD has given me the word, and support, I wil be the first on e list for both incoming watches. Actually, was given the priority to view and decide on the 5235, but on the nite before collecting the watch ( gotten info on 5170G) and well, my kind AD suggested me to think over or decide later when readyIn fact, I hv decided on the 5235 especially with all the positive words and review (a sincere thanks to bro Conkers, who
Strange Thing Happened to me in a Restaurant this weekend
Hi All,Just thought I would share an interesting (funny?) tale with you that happened this weekend. I went to an Italian Restaurant on the UES called Campagnolo. Our waiter, a fairly flamboyant gentleman called Claudio, was giving our table of seven some great service - talking away and regaling everyone with tales of Italy and his hometown close to Lake Como. He kept glancing at my watch and asked me after a bit (while everyone was eating) - ma suo orologio e un Bulgari per caso? (is your watch a Bulgari by any chance?). I told him it was a Patek...and he then asked me - me lo puo prestare per un momento? (may I borrow it for just a moment?)I don't know what came over me , but I went ahead and put my Aquanaut on his wrist and wore his PAM, while he went over to another table (apparently the restaurant owner's table) and said that he needed a raise so that he could afford an Aquanaut. That WHOLE table marvelled at the watch, etc...and after Claudio came back and returned the watc
