Hi everyone,With the new PO being released, will there be any worries getting service or parts 30 years down the road as the website says they will guarantee service for 20 years upon it being discontinued. I know it's a ridiculous question, but is it stupid of me to try and get rid of this watch and get the new one? Just thinking down the road when I hand it off to my kids. Thanks

Some Omega news . . .
My dealer expects the new POs to begin arriving next month. He has quite a few on order and several already sold. The Ti, PO chrono, and SMPs will come in later in the year. The current POs and SMPs will continue to be available so long as the supplies last. The Liquidmetal LE production of 1948 pieces has ended and all have been shipped out to the distribution centers.I stopped into a local Omega AD yesterday and noticed that they had cleared out one of their Breitling cases. I asked what happened and they said they were making room for the 2011 Omegas. It seems that Greg Swift, President Omega USA, was in the store last Wednesday to confirm their status as an ongoing AD so they are expanding their Omega inventory.When I first visited that store back in 2008, they had just become a Rolex AD. Patek 5235g HELP NEED ADVICE!
Hi all this is going to be my first PP, I was torn between this or an AP elephant. I wanted to get some PP EXPERT advice.What is the Pre-Owned price on this piece and I hear PP no longer makes this model. Does that make it more collectible? How much should I expect to pay for this watch? Are they hard to source on the preowned market? Finally any idea of service costs and if I get bored of it can I easily sell on? Present For My Fathers Birthday, Which One??? Help
My dads birthday is in October and I want to buy him a Patek. The only thing is he doesnt like to where bulky watches or watches in gerneral. Hes told me if he were to wear a watch it would be a patek. Im not a professional on Pateks so if someone could show me some pics of wrist shots of simple Pateks would be very helpfull. Lets see'em
