F.P. Journe Vagabondage II Watch
Fantastic new watch from F.P. Journe, I am enthralled. I was not so involve with the first Vagabondage watch, but this Vagabondage II timepiece is a damn good little number. Careful before judging it. You really need to understand where this watch is coming form. Check out all the little details in the design, understand the concept behind the digital display for the hours and minutes, appreciate the "open" nature of the dial, and I think you'll agree that it is a winner. I am not a fan of every timepiece from the brand, but again, this one really does it for me.Two versions of the watch will be released soon in November. 69 pieces in platinum and 68 is 18k rose gold. Yes, the watch is very similar in theme to the also recently released A. Lange & Sohne Zeitwerk watch, but that is ok. I feel that the market is big enough for a few versions of this "digital mechanical" theme. 39mm - 41mm AP with rubber strap?
Did AP every make a ROC with a rubber strap? I've been searching high and low for the better part of the afternoon and the only one I could find is the City of Sails Special Edition pictured below. I really wish AP released an ROO/ROC to complete with the 40mm watches out there. Some of us want an AP that doesn't look like a boulder (and yes, I'm aware of the 15xxx). Any help would be appreciated,Thank you!

Today was a great day
So I had another thread on the AP RO. I was struggling with whether to buy the AP 15400. While I was trying on the vacheron overseas and debating the 15400, my wife asked...if you had the Daytona, nautilus or royal oak in front of you which would you buy? I replied the nautilus, but I’ll never get it cause of wait list. But would love the Daytona, but also long list. So whatever... Fast forward to days end. I just put down 20% down payment for a Daytona C black which I will get in 2 months. :). Can u say INCOMING!!!!Separatley, I’m on the Daytona C white list which is 1.5 years with maybe 5 people, nautilus 5711 while 1.5-2 years, and 5711 blue - I think that is 5 years. :). And this (quasi)new relationship is going to also put me on Pepsi. Just as FYI... the black dayC list was not as long and the Ad gets a watch every 2-3 months. Same delivery on the white but there is 5 people for every 1 watch. So my wait on dayC white is about 4-5 people deep... in th
