Hi all, looking for some more thoughts, insights, and opinions from the wonderful members on this forum. Some of you may have read my recent thread about making my DD 18238 my daily or main watch. I can confirm this is what is going to happen. It will be a watch I wear most of the time. The next step now is to look at the my remaining collection. I have also come to realize I really prefer smaller or traditional sized watches. I have determined I will buy a Rolex datejust 116234, fluted batons on an Oyster bracelet. To do this I must sell one of my Submariners. I own a 114060 Sub C and a 116613 LB ceramic Bluesy.So this is the question, which one should stay in a collection with a YG DD and a SS Datejust? I am struggling with this one.....as I love them both.The Sub C was my first Rolex and is more versatile IMO than the Bluesy. The Bluesy though, is a stunning watch and an icon in its own right. Decision time! Help needed!
Hi All,I am in the process of purchasing my first house, therefore I need to liquidate some money to help and have decided to sell my two Rolex's, my 116520 Daytona and 16610 Sub.In doing so I need to replace both watches with one... here lies my problem.To give you some background info, I have had in the past, a 116233 and 116610LV along side these current two watches.I am torn between the following (baring in mind this will now be my only watch in collection for the next couple of years minimum):116613LB116710BLNR116622 Rhodium DialI love all of them for different reasons but am torn between them.Also something to mention; I would have to pay over list for the BLNR but under for both the others.
