Royal Oak Offshore model with the best legibility?
Which 42mm Offshore Chrono model do you feel has the best legibility? As much as I love the ROO lineup I find that for the most part they are somewhat difficult to read at a quick glance; more fashion than function. I have owned a Rubberclad and a Black Themes and both were ok for legibility but not great. I have a Diver (black dial) which is probably the most legible ROO model that A.P. makes but since I am shopping for a Chrono let's leave the Diver non-chrono out of this discussion. Maybe the new 2014+ ceramic with black dial and red accents?

Finally found Dad's 168.005 Constellation
I'm typically lurking over on the Rolex Vintage side; but, wanted to share a picture of my father's long lost Omega Constellation ref. 168.005 with a caliber 564 under the hood. Just got back from a cleaning and oiling and it's keeping extremely accurate time as one should expect from one of Omega's workhorse chronometer movements.On the way back from Vietnam by way of Hong Kong in mid 1967 my father bought this Constellation and a stainless steel Seamaster Chronograph with a cal. 321 which I have posted on this Forum previously and wear periodically.The Constellation has been hidden away for quite a long time and just recently surfaced. I just sourced The NOS 9 row BOR gold plated bracelet from Ted's Vintage Watches and while the gold isn't a perfect match; I'm liking the original look a lot. Anyone wear Nautilus every day?
Question for you one-watch Nautilus wearers, if there's any out there:Are there times you don't wear the Nautilus? Do you wear something else, or go wrist-commando?I've been debating getting a tool watch. Thoughts run from $400 Hamilton to $4,000 Sub. I just bought an AP Royal Oak moon phase, but that's hardly the tool watch I had in mind. And now that I'm wearing my Nautilus for the first time in the three days since I got the AP, I'm beginning to think I want Patek and nothing else. And believe me, that Royal Oak is a fabulous watch from every point of view. I'm not looking for advice here on which tool watch to get. Rather, I'm looking for thoughts on being a one watch (or one brand) guy if anyone out there can identify with that!
