Attached are pics of my new Submariner, which I got today, along with my story. Hopefully you will all indulge me as this is quite the moment I have worked towards! I bought my first watch when I was 16, a Bulova, it was $60; I purchased it with my own money, from my first summer job. I walked an hour to the local mall to make the purchase and ever since I have always worn a watch on my wrist. Over the years, though university and marriage, I have had other $100 - $200 watches but as I have matured in life I became much more serious in wanting a watch that I could treasure, wear everyday, and eventually pass down. I signed up as a TRF member October 3rd, 2011, knowing someday I would purchase a Rolex.
