Well, what sets Damasko apart is something entirely different, the very materials from which they are made and the engineering behind them.Located in Regensburg, Germany, Damasko has been going about watch making differently since 1994. Rather than just making quality watches, which is more than enough in most cases, they wanted to set all new standards. So, they've re-designed and engineered everything, owning dozens of patents for materials and mechanisms. These include the very steel from which the watches are made to their own silicon hairsprings, all of which they make themselves. I'm thinking of adding one in the future, but I was curious what TRF thinks of the model as well as the B01 movement.I prefer watches with an interesting history, and I believe the Chronomat was the first chronograph with an auto winding mechanism. Please correct me if I'm wrong.Rolex is my favorite brand because of the history of their tool watches, but I would like a few non Rolex models in my collection.I already own a SO 42 and a 14060m.

Hey all,I've been wanting something sporty but elegant for a while with a rubber strap. After looking at a few different time pieces, my mind kept going back to the Omega Seamaster PO Liquid Metal on rubber strap in blue. Yesterday, I decided to pull the trigger on one after I left the office. I went to Jared, and I had a great experience. I also received Jared pricing. I don't really know how that compares to other ADs that sell Omega, but it seemed to be a pretty good discount from the MSRP listed on the watch - nearly $1,000 off of the MSRP. Any way, to my little rant regarding the watch itself.... When I think rubber strap, I don't think of the one on this watch. The rubber strap on this watch is durable, but also has a leather likeness to it. Needless to say it is very soft! The dial and bezel are absolutely amazing! In some lighting the blue looks very dull, but in others the blue is very vibrant. I really like it, because it's different every where you go. I also like the style
