Hands-On: A Critical Comparison Of The Seiko Eichi II, Laurent Ferrier Galet Micro-Rotor, And Philippe Dufour Simplicity
Seiko is associated primarily with a wide range of moderately priced and reliable watches, but surprisingly, the watchmaking division operates within the diversified conglomerate Seiko Group, whose many specialties include upscale department stores, printers, semiconductors, machine tools, and of course, watches. Seiko has deep roots in timekeeping – founder Kintaro Hattori started to produce clocks in 1892 under the name Seikosha, and in 1969, almost swept the Swiss watchmaking industry off its feet with the introduction of Astron, the first commercial quartz watch. The brand has an enthusiastic collector base and an unparalleled breadth in the lineup that stretches from mainstream quartz to haute-horlogerie, something that is unique in the watchmaking industry, and a depth that is surprising given the wide spectrum of businesses the parent company is involved in.Seikosha translates to “House of Exquisite Workmanship,” and Seiko’s high-end Credor line takes thi
How much for a RailMAster XXL

Would you consider this a "good deal"?
Hi all,I've been posting for several days now and got a lot of great feedback/information regarding the 5010 options I have, THANK YOU ALL! I'm now THIS close to pulling the trigger on a mint 5010J with box, certificate, and books (i believe it's a complete set) but as this is another one of my over budget purchases, I'm wondering if $6800 is a good deal? Also, any opinions as to what price I could expect to sell at IF that time comes (and I don't mean in a HURRY...just a fair realistic price in the current market). I'd like to say that without my recent communications in the forum I don't think I'd be considering my first Patek right now...thanks again!
Its the year of the Rolex Master GMT ii, But...
Are the 24hr number markers on the bezel are too big that it seems to look so busy and cluttered? I understand that they’ve changed also the Dial from Maxi Dial from it’s previous predecessors that’s why they’ve increased the size of the numbers on the bezel. I used to own a GMT Black LN, function wise it’s a perfect daily and travel watch but i’ve got tired of it, i’ve sold it and never looked back. Has anyone here thinks that the Tudor BB GMT Pepsi has a better proportions and blending compare to the New Rolex Pepsi? I guess i’m leaning more with the Tudor BB GMT. we’ll see it in a couple of months.
Rolex Boxes
