Antiquorum October 20 Auction Benefits National Multiple Sclerosis Society
//The National Multiple Sclerosis Society is hosting an auction to be held October 20 at Antiquorum Auctioneers in New York. This is the first in a series of annual events that will offer watch enthusiasts the opportunity to bid on fine timepieces while supporting the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in their movement toward a world free of MS. Leading brands including Audemars Piguet, Cartier, and Hublot are donating pieces to support the cause. The auction is open to the public. The preview opens at 5 p.m., and the auction gets under way at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, October 20 at Antiquorum’s headquarters in the Fuller Building at 595 Madison Avenue, Fifth Floor, in New York City. My new favorite..
Just thought I would share with fellow 'Patekoholics' my latest acquisition.. The 5905 in blue. It's surprisingly versatile as you can see in the photo, and I'm really warming up to the clean, modern dial. The 5960 will always hold a special place in my heart since it was my first Patek. However, the blue sunburst dial, along with the 42mm size makes this piece a keeper and difficult to take off the wrist! IMHO, Patek did a great job with this one. If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.

Surprised at SS Sky dweller prices
I am new to Rolex, do understand the Daytona following, the watch has a long history. Sky dweller SS on the other hand is new watch why the crazy asking prices? It has to establish itself as an iconic piece to command the premium.Would I buy a SS model if offered as MSRP absolutely, only blue or black dial.I picked a TT black dial couple of weeks ago, had the option to get white or champagne decided to get black dial.
